Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a market leader in their field, who are recruiting for a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate experience within a similar role and will live within commutable distance to Sutton as this is an office based role.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Updating transactions on Xero and relevant spreadsheets correctly and efficiently
- Processing sales invoices using Xero
- Producing management accounts
- Preparing annual budgets
- Producing year end accounts and monthly, quarterly and annual reports to management
- Undertaking profit share calculations
- Credit control and debtor management
- Payroll
- Preparing VAT returns
- Bank reconciliation
- Ensuring company vehicles payments such as MOT, insurance is up to date
- Preparing and updating payment sheets for sub-contractors and suppliers
- Arranging sub-contractor payments
- Calculating and payments of CIS
- Credit control
- Conducting buying exercises
- Producing detailed job costing presentations
- Purchasing materials and supplies
