- Ensure compliance with IFRS and UK GAAP.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns across multiple group companies.
- Oversee cash flow and payment processes, ensuring suppliers are paid within agreed credit terms.
- Manage customer credit checks and credit insurance arrangements.

- Work closely with sales, operations and senior management to provide accurate information on areas such as pricing, stock availability and inventory.
- Participate in customer meetings where financial input is required.
- Prepare presentations and financial information to support fundraising and strategic initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial controls, processes and reporting.
About You
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- Previous experience in a Finance Manager or similar senior finance position.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
- Experience preparing management accounts, budgets and forecasts.
- Confident managing audits and dealing with external stakeholders.
- Proven people management experience, with the ability to lead and develop a team.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where no two days are the same.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage with colleagues, customers and senior stakeholders at all levels.
- Commercially aware with a practical, problem-solving approach.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business where you'll play a key role in both the day-to-day finance function and the wider commercial success of the organisation.
