- We have numerous vacancies to join our rapidly expanding Accountancy & Finance and Business Support divisions, with these opportunities based across our 4 Surrey offices. You could be an experienced recruiter looking for a change or a new challenge or maybe someone wanting to start a career in recruitment. Previous sales experience is an advantage.
We are hiring in the following locations:
Epsom Office: Consultants for our Accountancy & Finance and Business Support divisions working in our lively head office.
Weybridge Office: A Recruitment Manager with responsibility for brand development, sales growth and leading the team. A great opportunity for an ambitious go-getter!
Reigate Office: A Consultant to join our expanding South Surrey and Sussex office team working in a talented and experienced team.
Croydon Office: A Consultant to join our newest and fastest growing office with huge opportunities for progression.
About Us:- Kenneth Brian Associates was founded in 2016 and we have enjoyed huge success, establishing ourselves as a leading recruitment business across Surrey and SW London. We have 2 divisions - Accountancy & Finance and Business Support - with our head office in Epsom and 3 other offices based in Croydon, Reigate and Weybridge.
- We offer very competitive starting salaries for consultants ranging from £24k to £40k depending on experience. Any experienced recruiters interested in joining the Kenneth Brian team at a more senior level can negotiate their salary during the interview process.
- Quarterly bonus pays out between 20% and 40% with a low threshold
- Additional bonuses include an annual holiday and milestone bonus scheme
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension, and parking worth £750 per year.
- A 34-hour working week with a 4pm finish on a Friday

- Source candidates with Accountancy & Finance experience via job boards and various networks
- Contact the Managers of finance teams in local businesses by phone and email, to sell your services
- Build relationships with hiring managers and identify job opportunities for your candidates
- Sell your candidates to your client base and vice versa, arranging interviews, taking interview feedback, and delivering job offers and rejections.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by being pro-active and offering a 1st class service
- We are looking for someone with outstanding communication skills, confidence, resilience, and dedication to building a client base
- You will be juggling and prioritising multiple demands whilst delivering excellent customer service
- The ability to build trusted working relationships with both your candidates and clients is vital to success in this role
