- Description
- Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a client based in Coulsdon, who are looking for a Accounts Assistant to join them on a permanent basis.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:- Bookkeeping entries in the Finance system (Sage)
- Purchase Ledger - processing of purchase invoices, coding, sending for authorisation, electronic filing
- Sales Ledger - raising invoices through the Finance system (Sage), receiving payments; and reconciling bank accounts and ledger accounts
- Reconciling the bank statements and other ledger accounts, making journal entries to the nominal ledger as required
- Assisting with other finance functions depending on experience
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Ability to act on own initiative and be proactive
- Efficient and systematic working, with good record keeping, follow-through and review processes
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
