Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a confident individual on behalf of a leading business in Redhill due to expansion within their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of transactional and month end accounts and will be looking to continue to learn and develop as the role progresses.
The Role:
- Journal; pre-payment and accruals
- Produce monthly financial reports
- VAT Reconciliation and submission
- Fixed assets and depreciation
- Project costing management
- Process employee expenses
- VAT return preparation
- Monthly GL journals
- Bank reconciliations
- Payment run preparation
- Other ad-hoc finance duties
- Support with AR invoices for holiday cover
About You:
- Highly numerate
- Excellent analytical, data and spreadsheeting skills
- The ability to communicate with non-finance people in a clear and understandable way
- Excellent system skills
- A passion for getting things right
- Good time management and the ability to work well with people in a team
- The ability to break down a complex problem into manageable chunks and deal with these
