- Kenneth Brian Associates have another very exciting internal opportunity! We are looking to hire a Recruiter to manage the day to day running of our Accountancy and Finance operations based in our new Reigate office.
This opportunity would ideally suit an experienced Recruiter who has previously worked in the Sussex and Surrey markets and who’s looking for a genuine progression pathway in a forward-thinking business. Previous management experience is not required as you will be mentored and guided by our experienced Senior Management team based across our Epsom and Reigate offices.
About Us:- Kenneth Brian Associates was founded in 2016 and we have enjoyed huge success, establishing ourselves as a leading recruitment business across Surrey and SW London. We have a team of 10 staff working across our 2 divisions (Accountancy & Finance and Business Support) based in our Epsom head office.
What can we offer you?- We offer very competitive starting salaries for managers ranging from £35k to £50k depending on experience.
- Quarterly bonus pays out between 20% and 40% of your fees with a low threshold

The Role:- Day to day responsibility for developing our new Reigate office, hiring a team and building a strong local identity.
- Identify and build strong, professional relationships with hiring managers, identifying job opportunities for your candidates
- Source candidates with Accountancy & Finance experience via job boards and various networks
- Sell your candidates to your client base and vice versa, arranging interviews, taking interview feedback, and delivering job offers and rejections.
- Be pro-active in everything you do and stand out from the crowd by offering a 1st class service
About You:- We are looking for someone with outstanding communication skills, confidence, resilience, and dedication to building a client base
- You will be juggling and prioritising multiple demands whilst delivering excellent customer service
- The ability to build trusted working relationships with both your candidates and clients is vital to success in this role
