Description
Our client based in central Farnham are currently looking to hire for a full time Finance Assistant to join their friendly team.

The role of the Finance Assistant will be varied but key duties will include:

  • Maintain and manage the Sales Ledger function. To include; raising sales invoices, issuing to customers, responding to any queries, updating portals, and processing monthly recharges
  • Posting sales receipts received into the bank accounts
  • Credit Control
  • Bank Reconciliations
  •  
  • Purchase ledger input. To include; coding purchase invoices and inputting into Sage
  • Ad hoc duties to support the Finance Team
  •  
Applicants must have previous experience using Sage and working with Excel spreadsheets. They will need to have high attention to detail, excellent administration skills and the ability to communicate both via email and the telephone.
