An excellent accounts payable opportunity has become available, working for a leading business based in Dorking. You will ideally have a minimum of 12 months accounts payable experience with good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Purpose of the role:

To ensure the integrity of the purchase ledger in a timely manner to assist in the accuracy of the management accounts.


  • Manage accounts payable inbox - responding to suppliers as required
  • Manage and process payments
  • Process invoices approved by the Property Accountant
  • Prepare supplier payment runs
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Process employee expenses on webexpenses
  • Prepare employee expenses payment run
  • Process monthly credit card transactions and reconcile to statement
  • Ad-hoc work to assist Finance Director, Finance Manager and Management Accountants
