Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Secretary on behalf of our client based in Epsom, whom are in the professional services industry. We are seeking someone who has 10+ years Secretarial/Administration experience, looking to work for a local yet successful business and fulfil a varied role.
Duties:- Managing incoming correspondence including telephone calls, distributing emails, post and managing client records
- Support colleagues with admin tasks where necessary
- Office management duties - office stationary, utility management and office supplies
- Looking after the onboarding procedures for new clients
- Updating the CRM system with client tracking assignments, monitoring deadlines ensuring documents are being returned within the timeframes
- Generating invoices and chasing outstanding paperwork
- Electronic filing
Experience:
- Previous office experience 10+ years, ideally within a professional services environment
- Excellent communication skills is essential
- Able to work off own initiative and happy to get stuck in with whatever's needed
- Numerate
- Good IT skills and ability to pick up new skills
- Able to multitask with accuracy
