- Description
- Kenneth Brian Associates are working with an industry leading client based in Epsom; they are looking for an individual with a passion for HR who is looking to grow and develop their overall HR skills.
The successful individual will have at least 2 years’ experience working within HR, have great attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Furthermore, good communication skills are a must within this role as you will be speaking with people at all levels.
Duties may include:- Creating accounts, ensuring all employee information is up to date, answering queries, etc.
- Following process and ensuring consistency for birthdays, long service, end of probation, and other occasions
- Writing and distributing internal letters
- Drafting new contracts of employment for signature
- Filing of all HR related records, sick notes, contract extensions, new starter contracts
- Updating absence records and verifying absence forms are returned
- Inputting payroll changes and answering queries
- Updating and monitoring employees' holidays
- Proof-reading and updating job descriptions
- Adding new vacancies onto corporate website
- Setting up interviews in diaries once notified by the team
- Organising induction programs for new starters
- Opening HR post and responding to General HR correspondence
- Escalating important correspondence to the HR Manager
- Booking courses identified by line managers/HR team and liaising with employees regarding dates, times and locations of these courses
