Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting on behalf of an innovative company based in Sunbury who are looking to recruit for a Junior Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis.

The role will be Hybrid working and ideal for someone looking for their first role within finance.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Producing customer invoices and credit notes for CPS, Hire, Corporate and Education sales orders.
· Uploading sales documents on to appropriate client portals
· Liaising with customers to assist with query resolution.
· Coordinating with other departments to problem solve.
· Maintaining client records on internal database.
· Nurture stronger relationships with existing clients.
· Assisting in credit control of the Corporate Hire sales ledger
· Process online credit card payments
· Develop ideas to improve overall efficiency.

Skills Profile

· Previous experience working within a busy environment.
· Competent with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
· Ability to be proactive and make decisions.
· A self-starter who can take initiative.
· Demonstrates strong attention to detail.
