Description
Kenneth Brian Associates are looking to hire Recruitment Consultants/Managers to join our rapidly expanding Accountancy and Finance division, based in our Epsom head office. You could be an experienced recruiter looking for a change or someone wanting to start a career in recruitment. Previous sales experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided.

We have a team of 10 staff across our 2 divisions - Accountancy & Finance and Business Support - with plans to double in size over the next couple of years.

What can we offer you?

  • We offer very competitive starting salaries for consultants and managers ranging from £22k to £45k depending on experience. Experienced recruiters interested in joining the Kenneth Brian team at a more senior level can negotiate their salary during the interview process.
  • Quarterly bonus pays out between 20% and 40% of your fees with a low threshold
  • Additional bonuses include an annual holiday and milestone bonus scheme
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension, and parking
  • A 34-hour working week with a 4pm finish on a Friday

The Role:

  • Source candidates with Accountancy & Finance experience via job boards and various networks
  • Identify and build strong, professional relationships with hiring managers, identifying job opportunities for your candidates
  • Sell your candidates to your client base and vice versa, arranging interviews, taking interview feedback, and delivering job offers and rejections.
  • Be pro-active in everything you do and stand out from the crowd by offering a 1st class service

  • We are looking for someone with outstanding communication skills, confidence, resilience, and dedication to building a client base
  • You will be juggling and prioritising multiple demands whilst delivering excellent customer service
  • The ability to build trusted working relationships with both your candidates and clients is vital to success in this role
