- Description
- Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting on behalf of an innovative company based in Chessington who are looking to hire an Senior Accounts Receivable Clerk on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have worked within a similar role and have experience with Credit Control.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with any emails coming in from Sales reps with general queries
- Processing Credit Account invoicing + Proforma invoicing
- Offsets from Order to Order
- Raising Credit notes for proforma clients
- Offsets from Credit note to orders
- Producing Account figures at Month end
- Sorting and checking internal paperwork each morning
- Handling Phone calls
- Inputting Purchase invoices
- Matching Delivery notes with Purchase invoices
- Taking Supplier phone calls
- Dealing with Invoice queries / invoice requests
- Company credit Card receipt reconciliation at month end
