Description
Kenneth Brian Associates are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a fantastic company based in Godstone. They are looking to hire an Accounts Assistant to join their exceptional team on a temporary basis, with the possibility of going permanent.

The candidate will need to be local to Godstone and available to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • Raising and sending client invoices
  • Weekly Payroll
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Providing proof of payment upon request
  • Credit Control for owned clients
  • Email inbox maintenance
  • Daily cash receipting
  • Inter account transfers
  • Scanning and filing
  • Bank reconciliations
  •  
To be successful you'll have:

  • Good Excel and Word skills
  • Good communication skills
  • The ability to work to deadlines and multi-tasking
  • Experience of Payroll and CIS would be ideal
  •  
Work Location: In person. Monday - Friday.
