- Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a leading Property and Construction business based in South-West London, looking to hire a 'hands-on' Accounts Payable Supervisor. The role has 4 reports (accounts payable and sub-contractor) and reports to the Financial Controller.
We are looking for a 'do-er' rather than a 'delegator'.
To be considered for this role you will have:-- A Property or Construction background, ideally with Sub-Contractor experience
- Transactional team leader/supervisory experience, which is essential
- Have a 'hands on approach' with your team
- Experience implementing a new system, which would be beneficial
* Ensure tasks have been prioritised correctly each morning and follow up
* Accurate coding & posting of supplier invoices
* Resolution of supplier queries escalated by the team
* Processing weekly supplier BACS payments
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Cover for Sub-Contractor Clerk
