- Kenneth Brian Associates are working on an exclusive basis with a leading SME service business based in Walton On Thames, offering a competitive salary and onsite parking. The accounts administrator will play a key role in the finance team, which currently has 4 staff.
We are looking for someone with great interpersonal and communication skills, along with a flexible attitude to work and who enjoys being part of a team.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have had experience of accounts and administration.
Duties & Responsibilities- Issue monthly statements to customers
- Actively chase outstanding debts owed from clients
- Process Sales Invoices and Credit Notes
- Process customer receipts and reconcile in SAGE
- Monitor and chase outstanding payments
- Proactively resolve customer queries
- Liaise with sales, finance and operations teams to resolve any billing discrepancies
- Taking payments from customers over the phone on PDQ Machine
- Covering Accounts Payable Department when required
- Administration and other duties as required to assist the smooth running of the company
- Good knowledge of systems to include Excel and Word.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Previous experience within accounts required
- Ideally a basic book keeping qualification
- Ability to work accurately under pressure.
