- Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a HR Business Partner on behalf of our prestigious client based in the heart of Epsom. This role would suit someone who is currently a HR Manager or Advisor looking for their next step up. You must be organised and an articulate induvial.
Role Responsibilities include:- Build and maintain strong relationships with Heads of Departments, managers, and supervisors
- Be a trusted adviser to Heads of Department to deliver improved performance through people
- Providing advice on people related matters
- Advising on employee relations, performance management, talent management and structure & succession planning
- Supporting the HR Manager and wider HR and Recruitment team to deliver key projects within the HR plan
- Monitor and work to improve compliance with statutory training in departments
Ideal candidate:- Previous experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner
- Be qualified by experience or qualified to CIPD Level 7
- Working knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Previous hospitality experience desirable
