Description
Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting exclusively on behalf of a company based in Chessington.
They are seeking an Finance Assistant to join on a permanent full-time basis.

Duties include:

  • Inputting purchase invoices onto their ERP system
  • Raising sales invoices and inputting onto their system
  • Weekly bank reconciliations
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Reconciling and posting credit card statements and petty cash accounts
  • Assisting with other finance related queries and tasks
  • Assisting the FC with ADHOC projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be confident using Excel, have previous reconciliation experience and previous experience using Sage is a must. If you are looking for a new, exciting and developing position and are immediately available or on short notice please apply.
