- Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Part Time Sales Assistant on behalf of a fantastic company based in Chessington. We are seeking someone with previous retail sales/customer service experience, who is looking for a new opportunity within a customer focused environment.
This is a busy and varied role, and will involve:- Interacting with all customers in person, on the phone, and responding to web and social media enquiries
- Processing sales orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Deliver exceptional customer service from start to finish
- Pricing of products in line with company practice
- Internet listings and social media postings (training will be provided)
- Handling queries regarding deliveries
- Liaising with internal departments to manage stock levels
- Previous retail sales experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a good eye for detail
- Proficient in MS Office with the ability to learn new systems
- Motivated and reliable, with the ability to work well in a small team as well as use your own initiative
- Customer focused, with a commitment to ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, whilst maximising sales opportunities
- Physically able to carry out some lifting/moving of products in the showroom
