- Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a well-established Financial Services provider in the Epsom area, who are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team.
This is a part time role, working Monday-Friday 9.30am-2.30pm.
The role of Customer Service Representative is varied and interesting, and the team are responsible for ensuring that customers’ needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
Specific responsibilities include:- Answering telephone calls from customers and responding to queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Carrying out a range of administrative tasks, to manage and maintain customer accounts
- Responding to emails accurately and concisely
- Ensuring high levels of customer service and customer satisfaction with every contact
- Maintaining customer records
- Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent), with minimum 5 grade A-C to include Maths and English
- Previous experience of Customer Service and/or Administration
- Some Financial Services experience would be beneficial; this could be from a bank, building society or other financial organisation
- Ability to multi-task
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
