Description
Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a leading corporate business in Epsom who are looking to hire a Credit Controller to work within their successful collections team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • * Daily chasing via phone and emails of ageing debt
  • * Chasing of failed Direct Debts to make sure payment is secured within the month of failure
  • * Account follow ups
  • * Collations of all credits and refunds
  • * Moving of debt to legal teams in a timely manner & maintaining legal system with account updates and revenue increases
  • * Updating of account system, ensuring all communication are logged in a time manner and maintained at all times so that each entry is correct.
  • * Monthly aged debt reports
  • * Responding to emails
  • * Dealing with escalations
  • * Any ad-hoc tasks
  •  
To be considered for this Credit Control position will need to have the following skills: 

  • * Previous Credit Control experience (at least 6 months)
  • * Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • * Good communication skills
