Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a corporate head office based in East Croydon looking to hire an Assistant Accountant to join their growing and outgoing team.

The main responsibilities will include:

  • Reconciliations of control accounts
  • Petty Cash
  • Credit card statements
  • Reconciliation of supplier accounts
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Journal entries and journal updates
  • Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
  • Inter-company: Calculate and invoice inter-company charges. Investigate and solve discrepancies.
  • Explain and provide explanation of all recharges, fees and imbalances - make adjustments and corrections accordingly.
  • Reconcile inter-company balance sheet account and P&L charges.
  • Reconciliations: Assist with month end balance reconciliation and analysis costs.
  • Agree P&L charges and the balance sheet balances with supporting comments.
