- Our client are seeking an Accountant to join their award winning FTSE listed business based in Leatherhead to support a range of activities within the corporate finance team.
Key accountabilities will include:- Raise and distribute sales ledger invoices
- Raise inter-company invoices as requested
- Link all invoices and requests onto their ERP system
- Update cash receipts summary
- Distribute outstanding debtor list to the business on a daily basis
- Reconcile the Sales Ledger to General Ledger at accounting period end
- Produce credit note report at month end
- Set up payments on HSBC net
- Generate and post month end journals for internal charges to cost ledger
- Provide analysis on VAT rates charged on invoices
- Assist with cost analysis
Strong attention to detail and good communication skills are important for this role.
