- Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a dynamic organisation who are currently recruiting a Financial Analyst to join their team based in Leatherhead on a Permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role and will be a newly qualified accountant or finalist.
Duties include:- Build cost allocation matrices and book respective journals at month-end
- Create sales and client commissions reports
- Manage client profitability reports
- Assist in producing the Monthly Operational Board update in accordance with Group requirements
- Assist with the preparation of regional packs to help assess financial and operational performance
- Assist with the annual and multi-year BU forecasts and plans
- Assist in analysing and interpreting budget variances
- Assist in the closure of the monthly accounts by posting accrual/prepayment journals
- Assist with the aged debtor reports and customer invoice queries
- Help with any other ad hoc queries.
- Newly qualified accountant or finalist
- Previous exposure to business planning processes, systems and controls, performance management and change management
- Data interrogation experience
- Experience of performance reporting
- Experience of operating in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholder requirements
- Advanced Excel skills
- Journal Entry Experience
