- Description
- Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a brand-new role within a rapidly growing group of companies based in Central Surrey, with some UK travel. The Implementor will be responsible for the global Netsuite implementation and enhancement projects across the group. You will provide a deep source of knowledge for everything NetSuite related and will share expertise in NetSuite modules, workflow, functionality and configuration whilst providing on-going support and insights to the finance and project teams.
Please note, candidates without Netsuite, but with proven ERP implementation experience, will be seriously considered for the vacancy.
Key Responsibilities:-- Conduct comprehensive business requirement analysis, including understanding and documenting existing localised systems integrations - AR, P2P, Bank, R2R, CRM etc
- Project planning and keeping track of multiple implementations simultaneously
- Working with external Netsuite Consultant to migrate portfolio entities over to NetSuite
- Travel across multiple company offices to understand project requirements and support NetSuite implementation on-site
- Providing post-implementation support to the business/key stakeholders/Shared Services team
- Advise and devise new reports for Project Management, Resource Management and Finance
- Build out the existing implementation to utilise currently unused functionality
- Promote "best practice" from a NetSuite perspective across the organisation
- Ensure future migrations/implementations satisfy the differing business needs
- Be open and proactive to business needs and find solutions to those needs within the system
- Be an ambassador for NetSuite, demonstrated through vision and execution
- Take a highly "hands-on" approach to problem solving and delivering on solutions
- Demonstrable experience as a NetSuite OR ERP Implementor
- Previous experience of successfully delivering NetSuite OR ERP implementations
- Comprehensive understanding of all modules
- Understanding of the internal NetSuite structure from a workflow perspective including relationship basis of modules and functions.
- Ideally a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) but non-qualified will also be considered
- Ability to demonstrate cross-business understanding
- Understand the Professional Services Automation component of NetSuite
