Customer Accounts Advisor

Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a Financial Services organisation in Redhill, who are currently seeking individuals with Collections experience to join their Customer Accounts team.

Responsibilities will include:
 

• Managing a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring the recovery of unpaid arrears
• Dealing with queries and complaints
• Negotiating of settlements, explaining charges and resolving disputes
• Ensuring that legislative and compliance procedures are followed
• Achieving targets and key performance indicators
• Production of reports and statistics

 
To be considered for this role, you will need:
 

• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
• Previous Collections experience
• Understanding of the collections process
• Negotiation skills and the ability to resolve conflict
