Description

Kenneth Brian Associates are pleased to be assisting our client with their search for an experienced HR Advisor, to join their team. This is a fixed term contract, for a period of 12 months, and they are looking for someone who is available to start as soon as possible.
 
The role will involve providing HR support and advice to managers and employees, overseeing recruitment and managing Employee Relations issues.
 
Specific responsibilities will include:
 
  • Providing advice and guidance to managers regarding HR policies and practices
  • Overseeing the recruitment process
  • Employee Relations management including grievance, disciplinary, absence and performance management, and employee support and wellbeing
  • Ensuring compliance with any changes to employment laws and practices
  • Assisting with delivery of L&D programme
  • Management and maintenance of HRIS
 
The ideal candidate will have the following:
 
  • Previous experience in a generalist HR role within a commercial environment
  • CIPD qualified or working towards
  • Good understanding of employment legislation
  • Experience in end-to-end management of ER processes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages
