Kenneth Brian Associates are working with an established construction business based in Mitcham looking for a Finance Assistant to join their exciting team on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have experience will have at least 2 years experience within accounts with a working knowledge of CIS and Xero along the scope to learn and develop with the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Ledger
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Supplier management
  • Bank reconciliations
  • CIS
  • Liaising with external accountants
  • Job Costing
  • Liaising with staff on the ground Involved in job management and ensuring smooth running of operations
  • Ad-Hoc duties
  •  
About You:

  • Excellent attitude to work
  • Excited for new challenges and varied workload
  • Previous experience with Xero - desirable
  • Previous experience within accounts
  • Working knowledge of CIS - desirable
