- Description
- Kenneth Brian Associates are looking for an experienced Team Leader with Billings experience who can lead by example, taking some direction from the Credit Manager.
This is a hands-on opportunity where you will be:- Responsible for your own live accounts, liaising with your customers and internal teams to effective reduce and manage debt
- Manage the Billings Cycle
- WIP management and analysis to ensure that all third-party costs are billed on a timely basis, costs from the suppliers are on the correct jobs and that WIP jobs are reconciled and cleared down
- Manage a team a small team of Billing controllers
- Check billing packs for completion before forwarding to the biller for processing
- Review open PO’s and advise account teams to close where appropriate
- Perform weekly WIP allocations
- Weekly review of open billable jobs for closure
- Monitor and manage the daily workload of your team and be the point of contact for any queries
- Hold regular meetings with your team to manage workload and ensure targets are being met
- Resolving any escalated customer queries on accounts from your team in a helpful and effective manner
- Liaising closely with the Credit Manager in terms of month end reporting
- Involved in recruitment where necessary
- Weekly time movements
