- Kenneth Brian Associates are working with another market-leading business, this time in the heart of Guildford. We are looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join a hugely successful finance team, supporting the wider business whilst gaining valuable exposure to month-end close. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career and work towards being formally qualified.
You will ideally be currently studying AAT or have completed AAT, looking to move on to ACCA or CIMA studies. The business will fully support your studies once you've passed probation. Those who aren't studying, but have relevant experience, WILL be considered.
Key Responsibilities:-
* Assist with the preparation of cash flow forecasting and the preparation of annual budgets and re-forecasting
* Take ownership of monthly corporate credit card reporting and reconciliations
* Daily posting of bank payments and receipts
* Bank reconciliations
* Support with balance sheet reconciliations
* Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts
* Set up of purchase orders where required
* Processing monthly staff expense claims ensuring in line with company policy
* Assist with the preparation of quarterly VAT and EC Sales Submissions
* Assist with the year end Audit
