Are you an experienced HR Administrator/Recruiter, looking to take the next step in your career? Then look no further, we have the perfect role for you!

Kenneth Brian Associates are working with an industry leading client based in Leatherhead; they are looking for an individual with a passion for HR who has experience managing recruitment processes start to finish to join them on a FTC basis.

The successful individual will have at least 2 years’ experience working within HR/Recruitment, has great attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Furthermore, good communication skills are a must within this role as you will be speaking with people at all levels.

Duties:

  • Managing the full recruitment process end to end, including taking instructions from departments, liaising with agencies, shortlisting and conducting first stage interviews
  • Graduate recruitment, including onboarding, organising offer letters contracts etc.
  • HR inductions
  • Providing legal and HR support in a range of matters from disciplinary matters, performance issues etc.
Experience
  • B in maths and English
  • Experience managing the recruitment process end to end
  • HR experience or CIPD qualified
  • Able to start on a short notice
