- Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a rapidly expanding services business based in Guildford.They have a requirement for a Management Accountant to join the team on a permanent basis, tasked with maintaining and delivering all financial information and ensure accurate reports are delivered to key stakeholders. The role will also get involved in finance projects. You will be part of an exciting team that drives through a challenging time and strives for excellence.
Qualified or Qualified by Experience candidates will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:-- Manage the day to day accounting operations for various companies in the group.
- Ensure Revenue is recognised accurately with full reconciliations
- Accruals & Prepayments
- Fixed Asset Reporting
- VAT Reconciliation and submission
- Bank Reconciliations
- Cash flow forecasting
- Production of Management Accounts (P&L, BS and Cashflow)
- Analysis and investigation on variances to budget and forecast
- Financial KPI Reporting
- Oversee and support accounts payable function
- Production of annual budgets and monthly re-forecasting
- Design and implementation of new processes and controls
- Support on adhoc projects
