Kenneth Brian Associates are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join a growing business based in Wimbledon.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and doesn't want to be stuck doing the same thing every day. The successful candidate will support across accounts, credit control and general administration, working closely with different teams across the business.
The role will change and adapt depending on the needs of the business, so we're looking for someone versatile, organised and happy to get stuck in wherever needed.
The Role
- Supporting with day-to-day accounts and finance duties
- Running credit control and chasing outstanding payments
- Raising invoices and processing payments
- Supporting with reconciliations and general accounts administration
- Assisting different teams with administrative tasks
- Dealing with queries from customers and suppliers
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Providing general office support where required
- Taking on additional responsibilities as the business grows and needs change
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Versatile and happy to take on a variety of responsibilities
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Confident communicating with customers and colleagues
- Comfortable with credit control and general accounts duties
- Proactive and willing to help wherever needed
- A good team player who enjoys working in a busy office environment
Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, Credit Control or similar role would be ideal.
