Description
Kenneth Brian Associates are pleased to be working with an established construction company based in Epsom. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is looking for a part time permanent role of 25 hours per week.

The right candidate will have Bookkeeping experience, ideally with knowledge of Quickbooks and CIS

  • Your key roles will be (but not limited to):
  •  
  • Maintain purchase & supplier ledgers
  • Credit control duties
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Maintain accurate filing system for all relevant documents
  • Bank reconciliation
  • CIS payments
  • Manage bank payments
  • Obtain quotes for tendering
  • Manager post and filing system with all customer and supplier details
  • Deal with supplier statements and queries
  • Maintain weekly subcontractor CIS lists
  • General administration
