Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and tracking accurate records of jobs meeting company standards and deadlines
- Managing the return of reports and error checking for spelling/grammar for final signoffs
- Liaising across different departments
- Ensuring all mail and responses are dealt with promptly
- Any adhoc duties as and when required
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ideally educated to degree level
- Excellent telephone manner
- High attention to detail – error checking
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to work well in a busy environment
- Minimum of GCSE English Grade 6/B or above
