Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a client based in West Byfleet who are looking for a reliable and organised Contracts Administrator to join their team. This role would suit someone who is proactive, picks things up quickly, and is confident supporting customers in a busy office environment.
Duties:
- Keeping customer records up to date on the CRM system
- Managing maintenance records and handling contract renewals from start to finish
- Scheduling and tracking routine services and maintenance visits
- Booking and confirming appointments with customers
- Keeping filing systems (both digital and paper) organised
- Putting together reports on contracts, renewals, and service schedules
- Helping out with general admin tasks when needed
To be successful you’ll possess
- Systems savvy - including experience with CRM systems and Excel
- Previous admin or office experience
- Someone who communicates well and can stay organised in a fast-paced setting
- GCSEs C and above in Maths and English
- Able to juggle tasks and work to deadlines
