Kenneth Brian Associates are partnered up with a well-established client based in Chessington. We are looking for an administrator who has previously worked within a construction environment. The purpose of this role will be to provide support to the Bids Coordinator & Tender enquiries.
Duties:
- Support the Bid Coordinator with tender coordination
- Contacting subcontractors via the phone chasing for tender enquiries & quotes
- Updating their register and making sure estimators are aware of any uncompleted quotes
- Answering the phones and directing them to the right member of staff
- Supporting staff with holiday cover
- General admin ad hoc duties
Experience required:
- Previous experience using a document control management system
- Experience with quoting within construction industry
- IT savy - experience using different systems Microsoft, Word & Excel
- Excellent eye for detail and strong writing skills
- Creative, with an eye for detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment
