Kenneth Brian Associates are on the lookout for a part time Office Administrator for our well-established client based in Godalming. This is ideal for an organised and personable individual who enjoys supporting day-to-day office operations and being a key point of contact for colleagues and visitors.
The Role
You will play a central role in ensuring the smooth running of the office. You will provide administrative support, coordinate facilities and office activities, and help create a professional and welcoming working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and suppliers
- Providing general administrative support as required
- Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinating meetings, events and office activities
- Maintaining office supplies, meeting rooms and facilities
- Liaising with external service providers and managing maintenance schedules
- Carrying out health & safety checks and ensuring compliance
- Supporting internal initiatives and ad-hoc projects
The ideal candidate
- Previous experience in an office administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently
- A professional and approachable manner
