Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting on behalf of a large, well-established company based in Chislehurst, who are looking to hire a Management Accountant to join their growing finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a CIMA-qualified or finalist accountant looking to step into a broad, hands-on role within a supportive and forward-thinking business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Supporting year-end processes and audit
- Producing financial reports and analysis for senior stakeholders
- Assisting with process improvements within the finance function
About You:
- CIMA qualified or actively studying (finalist)
- Previous experience in a management accounting role
- Experience with Sage is highly desirable
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Proactive, organised, and confident working with non-finance stakeholders
