Kenneth Brian Associates are currently hiring for a rapidly growing organisation based in Redhill, committed to delivering excellence. They are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join their team on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office, 2 from home) to help support the finance team in this varied position which is ideal for someone who is keen to learn and develop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support decision-making.
- Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and analysis.
- Monitor cash flow and manage bank reconciliations.
- Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- An active ACCA/CIMA/AAT studier is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
