Kenneth Brian Associates are on the lookout for an experienced Sales Director to join a well-established and fast-growing group of companies (£40m+ turnover) as they enter an exciting new phase of expansion.
Working closely with the CEO, you’ll take responsibility for the majority of operational oversight across multiple businesses, allowing the CEO to focus on strategy, investment, and long-term growth. This is a unique opportunity for a Sales Director with proven experience in scaling multi-entity organisations.
Salary - £120,000 + Competitive Bonus Structure
The Role
- Act as a trusted partner to the CEO, leading day-to-day operational delivery across the group.
- Mentor and support business leaders, driving performance, growth, and accountability.
- Address high-level challenges and lead improvement.
- Support growth initiatives including acquisitions, due diligence, integrations, and new ventures.
- Develop strategies for business growth, market expansion, client retention and relationship management.
- Track and drive progress on high priority projects, providing support reports and overseeing delivery and outcomes.
About You
- Senior leadership experience within a group, portfolio, or multi-business environment.
- A strong track record of scaling businesses and enhancing operational effectiveness.
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset; able to seek out further opportunities to support the growth and ambition plans of the business.
- Confident leading teams across multiple sites with a modern, collaborative approach.
- Strategic in thinking, but comfortable being hands-on when required.
- Thrives in dynamic and fast-moving environments.
