Our client based in Epsom are pleased to present an excellent opportunity within an established firm who are currently growing from strength to strength. They are looking to hire an experienced Credit and Billings Manager to join their fantastic finance team.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Responsible for targeted collections
  • Manage a team of 2
  • Ensure customers are contacted to resolve outstanding payment, credit or debit claims and that these are processed in a timely manner and within authorised sanction limits.
  • Regular account reconciliations
  • Responsible for customer disputes and building relationships
  • Responsible for the reconciliation of the Sales ledger
  • Prepare and distribute the monthly Credit Control reporting: debit note report and query management reports.
  • Monitor Credit Insurance limits maintained in accordance with the Group Credit policy.
  • Develop the team
Skills & Experience:-

  • Billings and revenue experience
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of accounting software and Word & Excel
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Can-do attitude
