Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a well-established client based in central Epsom, who are looking for an experienced Customer Support professional to join their team.

This is a busy and varied role, and will involve:
- Handling customer phone calls and emails
- Resolving complex queries accurately and in a timely manner
- Handling sensitive cases
- Preparing customer correspondence and documentation
- A range of administrative responsibilities relating to customer accounts
- Managing and maintaining accurate customer records
- Production of daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports
- Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
We are keen to speak to candidates who possess the following:
- Previous experience within a customer focused administrative role within the Financial Services sector
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage complex and sensitive customer interactions
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, with the ability to learn new systems
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise
