Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a well established and highly successful company based in Croydon, who are looking for a Sales Advisor to join their team.
This is a key role, with responsibility for following up leads, developing and maintaining relationships, and converting leads into sales.
Specific responsibilities:
- Following up on leads on the phone
- Pricing and sending quotes using quoting software
- Following up on all quotes sent and recording information
- Managing inboxes and responding to emails
- Maintain accurate records
- Meet prospective clients face to face
- Maintain relationships with clients
- Arrange meetings with prospective clients, both online and in person
- Answering incoming phone calls
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a sales focused role
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a professional and confident manner, both on the phone and in person
- Highly organised
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines
You will be required to work four hours on a Saturday every three weeks, time taken off in lieu during the following week.
