Temporary Customer Service

Kenneth Brian Associates are excited to be recruiting for a fast paced and dynamic client based in Sutton. This is a temporary position for 2-3 weeks. Our client is looking for a switched on and enthusiastic candidate with the ability to get stuck in to help where needed. This role will consist of providing excellent customer service to clients.

Please note that this role is temporary so you will need to be available to start work next week and as this is fully office based you must be able to commute every day to Sutton!

Duties include:

• Liaising with clients, dealing with any queries via telephone or email.
• Chasing up on quote renewals that have been sent to clients with a view to book works in.

The ideal candidate:

• Educated to GCSE standard with minimum grades C or above in Maths & English
• Confident communicator - excellent and friendly telephone manner
• Enthusiastic and keen to get stuck in wherever needed
• Ability to work off on own initiative
