Kenneth Brian Associates are on the lookout for a confident Sales Executive for our well-established client based in Surbiton. We’re looking for a driven and proactive individual to take a key position within the sales team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead on sales and growth strategy as the company continues to expand.
Salary: Up to £40,000 basic, OTE £50,000 (Year 1)
Day to day:
- Leading and executing business development and sales strategies
- Generating leads and managing all incoming enquiries.
- Representing the business professionally as a brand ambassador.
- Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities in London & the South
- Attend meetings and networking events as required raising company profile
- Analysing data to measure and improve sales outcomes - identifying what’s driving your sales success and what needs adjustment.
Key Skills:
- Ideally having previous experience in business development or sales
- Minimum A-C GCSEs in Maths & English
- Strong communication skills and ability to build new relationships to win business
- Confident using CRM systems such as HubSpot
- Presentable and able to bring a target-driven mindset
- Excellent attention to detail
