Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a long term client, based in Wallington, who are looking for an experienced Customer Service professional to join their team.
Working within an established team, this role has become available due to internal promotion. The focus of the team is to provide support to customers via the phone and email, to process orders and deal with queries, and to handle a variety of administrative tasks.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Processing orders received via phone or email in a timely manner
- Handling customer queries, liaising where necessary with other teams
- Generating invoices and credits
- Processing returns where required, following standard processes
- Handling and following up on customer delivery queries
- Generating reports and data
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a customer focused role
- Excellent customer service skills
- A professional, personable and confident telephone manner
- Ability to resolve customer queries in a timely manner
- Proficient in MS Office
