- Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an excellent opportunity to work as a Senior Bid Coordinator/Bid Manager on behalf of an industry leading organisation in the construction industry, based in Cobham.
This organisation is well renowned within the construction marketplace and is continuously expanding at a steady rate. Within this role, you will be reporting to the Director and be responsible for working with the business development/tendering and marketing teams, in order to coordinate client bid and tender documentation.
Duties will include:- Coordinating, reviewing and amending proposal responses
- Reviewing client bid documentation and summarising key submissions
- Organising tender meetings, ensuring tender documents are signed off and sent back out within agreed timeframes
- Submitting tenders and pre-qualification questionnaires
- Coaching bid teams and providing advice to other team members on content, grammar and language
- You will have experience writing and coordinating tender and PQQ proposals
- Ideally you will have experience within the construction industry however this isn’t essential
- You will be highly organised with strong coordination skills and able to communicate confidently with stakeholders
