Kenneth Brian associates are recruiting for a methodical, yet proactive administrator on behalf of our market leading client based in the Sutton area. This is a temporary post for an analytical individual, for a period of approximately 3 months however there is every possibility this could be extended depending on the candidate and workloads.
The main scope of the position will be sitting in the HR/Compliance department and will be responsible for onboarding new starters, ensuring candidates have the correct documents, right to work and Vias etc. Team morale is great here so a good team spirit is essential!
Duties will include:- Checking documents ensuring everything is correct and filed away correctly
- Acting as first point of contact for candidates and staff and external providers, and dealing with enquiries effectively and efficiently over the phone, via email or in the post
- Deal with admin requests such as referencing or confirmation letters
- Create employee records and input candidate data onto the system
- Available immediately and live within a commutable distance of Sutton
- Be educated to A Level standard with minimum B grades in English and Maths
- Proficient in the use of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Be a strong communicator with previous office experience
