Kenneth Brian Associates are working with an established client based in Guildford, who are seeking a driven, results-oriented, and personable Business Development Manager to join their sales team. you will play a pivotal part in driving sales growth by identifying, engaging and winning new business.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively build our sales pipeline through lead generation
  • Strong relationship building ability
  • Closing deals for leading brands
  • Target and engage with professionals across industries like Facilities Management, Energy & Renewables, and Property Development to unlock new business opportunities.
  • Leverage your selling expertise to influence and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Frequent travel to meet clients and attend industry events is required
  • Ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, and driving influence at all levels

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Strong track record of consultative and relationship-driven sales
  • Resourceful, accountable, and able to pivot quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Strong sense of accountability
